Baptism Request Form

*All candidates are required to:
*Be in service and report to the Member’s Service desk by 9:00 a.m.
*Attend candidate for baptism class prior to baptism.
*Bring a change of undergarments, socks and a bag for vour wet clothes.
*Inform families and guest reserved seating is to the far right side of the sanctuary.
*After the candidate has been baptized, candidates are encouraged to return to the service for the message.
*Attend Wednesday mid-week service and Sunday service to spiritually grow.
